Grow With Me Package Contract

Maternity Mini Session at 30-34 weeks | Studio Newborn Session (3 Setups for Newborn's Portraits with Parent/Sibling/Family photos) | Studio Mini Session at 6 months | Portrait session at 12 months w/ Cake Smash with Family Photos Add On | Private Online Gallery for Viewing, Sharing and Downloading Files w/ Printing Rights from Each Session. 50% of Payment is due the day of the Maternity session and the remaining 50% is due the day of the 6 Month Session. Payment via Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal or Credit Card.

All four sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you are going to be late, please text me ahead of time so I am aware. If you are more than 15 minutes late, that time will be subtracted from your session time. If you are 30 minutes late, the session is canceled. We can discuss potentially rescheduling for an additional fee if I am able to fit you into the calendar for a later date.

The Photographer shall own the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer reserves the right to use the photos for the Photographer’s portfolio both on her website and Facebook, in self-promotions and marketing literature, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display of Photographic Products.

I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor(s) that will be photographed at the session and have the legal right and authority to execute the model release stipulations named in this contract on behalf of the minor.

The Client's right to the photos is for the purpose of obtaining prints for personal use and posting on their personal social media only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by other parties.
