Your non-refundable Session Fee of $1000 Includes:*

One 30 minute Maternity Mini Session at an outdoor location. One 2-3 hour Studio Newborn Session (3 setups for Newborn's portraits and photos with Baby's parents & siblings). One Milestone Session at 6 Months with sibling and/or Family Photos (2 setups for Baby's Portraits). One Milestone Session at 1 Year with sibling and/or Family Photos (1 setup for Portraits and 1 Cake Smash setup). Decor to be provided by photographer, Cake and Outfit to be provided by the client. 1 private online gallery of edited images from each session for viewing and downloading. 50% of Payment is due at the Maternity session, the remaining 50% is due at the 6 Month Session. Payment taken via Cash, Check or Credit Card. Please let me know how you'd prefer to pay and I will send over the necessary information.

Model Release*

The Photographer shall own the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer reserves the right to use the photos for the Photographer’s portfolio both on her website and Facebook, in self-promotions and marketing literature, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display of Photographic Products.

Client Printing Rights*

The Client's right to the photos is for the purpose of obtaining prints for personal use and posting on their personal social media only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by other parties.
