Your non-refundable Session Fee of $350 Includes:*
1 hour of Photography at my Home-Studio in Plymouth, MN 1 Setup for Newborn Portraits, Photos of Newborn with Family, 1 private online gallery of edited images for viewing and downloading. Payment is due the day of the session via Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal or Credit Card. Please let me know how you'd prefer to pay and I will send over the necessary information.

Scheduling - Please be On Time*
The session will begin at the scheduled time. If you are going to be late, please text me ahead of time so I am aware. If you are more than 15 minutes late, that time will be subtracted from your 1 hour. If you are 30 minutes late, the session is canceled. We can discuss potentially rescheduling for an additional fee if I am able to fit you into the calendar for a later date.

Model Release*
The Photographer shall own the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer reserves the right to use the photos for the Photographer’s portfolio both on her website and Facebook, in self-promotions and marketing literature, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display of Photographic Products.

Minor Model Release*
I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor(s) that will be photographed at the session and have the legal right and authority to execute the model release stipulations named in this contract on behalf of the minor.

Client Printing Rights*
The Client's right to the photos is for the purpose of obtaining prints for personal use and posting on their personal social media only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by other parties.
